Principal Message
Hello EVE Families,
There is so much to celebrate as we begin the 2026–27 school year! Our building is buzzing with excitement, new faces, familiar smiles, and the energy that comes with welcoming our Jaguars back.
We are excited to welcome several new members to our EVE family:
1st Grade: Haley O’Hara-Quesada and Wendy Harrison
5th Grade: Derek Flint
Paraprofessional: Yaritzy Sanchez
SLP: Whitney Van Klinken
Long-Term Substitutes:Hunter Meyer (2nd), Alexis Norman (2nd), and Kaden Taylor (Specialist)
Communities in Schools: Natosha Hernandez
Evening Custodian: Jose Hernandez
We are also excited to welcome Mrs. Krish in her new role, Counseling TOSA, while completing her counseling degree. We are grateful to have her dedication and passion for supporting our students!
More Celebrations!
We welcomed our largest kindergarten group in several years, and Kindercamp was a tremendous success! We are incredibly thankful to our amazing kindergarten team and support staff for giving up part of their summer to help our youngest Jaguars explore the building, learn routines, and complete assessments to support appropriate classroom placement.
Our 5th Grade Leadership Camp, led by Mrs. Krish and counselors from Moxee Elementary and Terrace Heights Elementary, was also a huge success. Our fifth graders had an opportunity to build leadership skills and prepare for their important role as leaders at EVE.
We also had an incredible turnout for our Open House and PTO BBQ! It was wonderful to see so many EVE families filling our school. A huge thank-you to our amazing staff, PTO, and student leaders for helping make the evening such a success. We are so grateful for the incredible EVE community!

EVE Parent Pick-Up & Drop-Off: Parking, Bus Expectations, and Procedures
This is a friendly reminder about our morning drive-up drop-off procedures to help ensure a safe and efficient arrival for all students.
The drive-up lane is designed forquick drop-off only, where students are able to exit the vehicle independently. To keep the line moving smoothly and to reduce safety concerns, we ask that families follow these expectations:
Please remain in your vehicle at all times while in the drive-up lane.
Vehicles should not park, turn off engines, or stop for extended periods in the drop-off line.
Students should be ready to exit promptly once the vehicle reaches the drop-off area.
If your child needs assistance getting out of the car or walking to the building, please park in the lot and escort them safely to the entrance.
These procedures are important to minimize delays and, most importantly, to keep all students and families safe during our busiest arrival time.
Thank you for your cooperation and support as we work together to maintain a smooth and safe morning routine for everyone. 🐾
