Nominate An Educator
Nominations for 2020 will open in January 2020.
Nomination Procedure:
Nominations can be submitted by anyone in the East Valley Community, including students, parents, administrators, employees, etc. Individuals man NOT nominate themselves. The nominator may remain anonymous to the nominee and to the public if they desire.
- Download and complete the nomination form in either English or in Spanish by downloading one of the files located in the sidebar.
- The following items must be submitted with the nomination form:
- Letters of support
- Author states reason(s) for support of the nominee
- One letter must come from an administrator
- Up to two letters, maximum of 1 pages per letter
- Letters of support
- A biographical/ career statement of nominee, gathered by the nominator or the nominee
