East Valley Community Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic

East Valley School District will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Friday, October 1st, from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm in the East Valley High School Commons.

Details:
Walk-up shot clinic
Open to ages 12 and over, community-wide
Pre-registration not required, but encouraged
Pfizer Vaccine (1st or 2nd dose)

Parents/guardians must accompany children ages 12-15. Parent/guardian permission is required for 16 and 17 year olds to receive the vaccine. *If you are unable to attend with your 16 or 17 year old child, please pre-register them online (link below), checking the permission box to allow the child to receive the shot unattended. You will be contacted that day for verbal verification.

Note: If your student has been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and is considered a “close contact” at school, and they are not exhibiting any symptoms, they will not be required to quarantine and miss school. It is recommended they test within 3-5 days of suspected exposure.
