Gainer Goes for Gold!

East Valley Central’s, Gabriel Gainer, certainly made East Valley proud at the Yakima Chapter’s Special Olympics this year! He earned the Gold Medal in shot put and the 100 meter dash and then went on to earn the Silver Medal in the 400 meter dash. Shine-on Bruins!

Congratulations to EVHS Senior Adam Raab for being recognized as the winner of the Washington State Coaches Association's Burnett-Ennis Scholarship!

As a 3-sport athlete and team captain of both basketball and golf, Adam has demonstrated impressive leadership. He recently won the title of CWAC District Boys Golf Champion (1st place), has a 3.78 GPA and has been involved in Leadership, Mr. East Valley and the National Honor Society.
