Alyssa Acob

This spring Alyssa made her debut as the Fairy Godmother in the Red Devil Theatre Company’s production of Cinderella, but she proved to stand out in the crowd long before she took center stage. As a member of both the National Honor Society and the International Thespian Society, Alyssa demonstrates a love of the arts and education. East Valley High School Librarian and Red Devil Theatre Company Producer, Elizabeth Boltz says of Alyssa, “She is amazing! She is an accomplished musician, is really good at acting, has excellent grades... and is a part of leadership of both band and theatre. She is a shining example of what East Valley students are capable of achieving.”

Alyssa was recently recognized as the overall Student of the Month in January for her dedication to her studies and East Valley High School.  She recently performed in the All-State Choir Competition and has advanced to the State Band Competition for the Euphonium. According to EVHS Band and Choir teacher, Kyle Langston, “Alyssa is a stellar music student.” Alyssa’s kindness toward her classmates and her leadership amongst her peers, is music to the ears and magic for the soul. We thank Alyssa for her leadership, hard work and dedication to our schools.
