Costumes are permitted at EVC and all 3 elementary schools. Costumes are not permitted at EVHS. No excessive face paint or masks. Nothing bloody/gory. No creepy clown costumes or weapons. Each year we have the opportunity to support our community through the United Way campaign. Last year we were recognized as a district for being one of the TOP 10 CONTRIBUTING ORGANIZATIONS for the United Way of Central Washington. Please be aware that there have been reports of students in the Yakima Valley being exposed to a dangerous drug, which appears to be Acid. This substance, like Fentanyl, is transdermal, meaning that it can be absorbed through the skin. Although this drug looks harmless, it is extremely dangerous! EVHS Delayed Start for 2019-2020

Attention Red Devils!
We are excited to welcome our high school students back to campus next week. To make accommodations for our construction project, we will need to delay the start of the 2019-2020 school year until Wednesday, September 4, 2019. (All other East Valley Schools will begin as scheduled on Tuesday, September 3rd. )

When students arrive on Wednesday, they will need to report to Earl Barden Stadium by 7:50 a.m. to pick-up their schedules. From 7:50 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. students will meet with their advisory teachers to review school maps and tour the campus. Breakfast will be available in the auxiliary gym from 7:20 a.m. to 7:50 a.m.
