Nomination Process
Nominations for 2024
Nomination Procedure:
Nominations can be submitted by anyone in the East Valley community, including students, parents, administrators, employees, etc. Individuals may NOT nominate themselves. The nominator may remain anonymous to the nominee and to the public if they desire.
- Completed nomination form.
- Nominator support letter. Nominator writes a letter with supporting information/details about the candidate and reasons why they should be considered for the Crystal Hop Award.
- Support letter from another staff member. Make sure to include their position and building they work in. Please include contact information.
- Support letter from a parent or student (current or former). Make sure to include in the letter if they are a current/former student. Please include contact information.
- Completed packet turned into building principal by February 1, 2024.
** Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. **
Applications are available in paper form only.
Nomination Application:
- Download and complete the nomination form in either English or in Spanish by downloading one of the files located in the sidebar.
- Submit the application, with all supporting documents by due date. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
- If you are not able to print an application from our website, printed applications are available at each school and at the District Office.
