PreK-Kindergarten Family Fun Night

Aloha East Valley! We have one more Pre Kindergarten-Kindergarten Family Fun Night before we ride our final waves into summer break! We invite all East Valley 3, 4 & 5 year old kids to join us for a night of learning activities inspired by the children's book "Pig Kahuna" by Jennifer Sattler.
Date: Tuesday, May 7th
Time: 6-7:30PM

SPRING PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

Reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, April 17th, are our spring parent-teacher conferences for both East Valley Central and East Valley High School and there will be NO SCHOOL for students. Our main offices will be open during regular hours (7:20 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.) and our teachers will be available for conferences from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Classes will resume on Thursday, April 18th.

2019 STUDENT TRAVEL SURVEY

Moxee Elementary and East Valley Central have been selected to participate in the 2019 Student Travel Survey by the Washington State Departments of Transportation and Health. Parents of children in K – 8th grade may get a call to take the short survey. We encourage parents to participate, as the results will help improve student transportation. However, if you do not want to be called, please contact the Department of Health at 1-833-256-4654 and leave your phone number and name of your child’s school to remove yourself from the contact list.

2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR EXTENDED

Attention East Valley Families – After looking at a variety of options to meet the state’s requirements, the East Valley School District Board of Directors has decided to extend the 2018-2019 school-year to make up for lost instructional time due to our snow days this winter. Flu Tips

Recently school districts in our area have been experiencing increased numbers of absences due to an influenza like illness. Since the flu can be very contagious and is a potentially serious illness, we have implemented steps for controlling the spread in our district.
